I said in the context of buying from sapienshop but you could have someone else purchase and then have the person transfer the NFT to your wallet and then pay up but still paypal for better or worse is needed. There are other ways too, those who use can offer suggestion.
Please don’t ask me because I have only paypal which gives hard time already and I can’t accept any payment. 
In this case, PayPal is the credit card processor. When you click on the yellow PayPal button, it eventually gives you the option to pay with a Debit or Credit Card.
You don’t have to pay with PayPal. (Although PayPal likes to make it seem like that’s the only way to pay. So sometimes, you have to have sharp eyes to see the Debit or Credit Card option.
Try it with dummy information (but don’t fully check out with the dummy information, obviously) and see what I mean.

The option after clicking on paypal is:
“Pay as guest”
where u can use your CC or debit card

Yeah I had to use a different account because for some reason PayPal was locked on this one
