All your chakras are probaly already active since a non activated chakra would be associated with non-functioning organs etc.

Also remember, these are also part of your body’s normal functioning, while, they digest and redistribute energies to the organs that they are also attached too.
The word open and closed is also loosely used by everyone,
but if a chakra was truly closed then you should expect non functioning organs there.

As far as we know, chakras are like ‘etheric organs’ because the interconnections function with your normal internal organs as well. So the heart chakra, for example, can work as an energy clarification and distribution to the heart. It also has an emotional store function. All this is designed so that the body works in a certain way.

I am likely to think without chakras, then there would not be proper energy distribution to the different organs and areas. If you want your energy system to all work as one whole… The best way to go about it is growing and evolving the chakras as it will makes them start to work more as a whole
or rather… all get so large and defined, that they become like a part of the giant flower of you.

You can listen to the Chakra audios in a loop for a Spiritual tuneup.

• At the beginning, start with Root - go all the way to Crown and then come back all the way to the Root. You can do a few rounds of this, but always end with the Root.
• If you are accustomed to Chakra work, then you can end your loops with the Crown.
• If you need to deal with a specific physical issue, or an emotion, you can listen to that particular Chakra audio a few times, but it is always good to end your practice in a full loop (if possible).
