In my experience (response to the main post):
It’s an issue when people have an underdeveloped energy system and start e.g. “meditation” and accumulate too much energy around the third eye without grounding and without developed lower chakras.
This happened to me years ago, I didn’t like the psychic abilities I had, also made me concerned I had a mental disorder 🤷
For me when I had enough of insomnia, not being able to eat etc. and stopped and focused on material life rather than the spiritual, stopped going to the teacher/courses and stopped practicing, that was enough for the disturbing abilities to go away.
I would still not be able to sleep if there was someone/something wanting to communicate, but it would be once in a week staying up until 3am, not every freaking day. I stopped having days when I couldn’t sleep at all.
Then when I started with spiritual practices again, the first year was about working with someone individually who gave me personal exercises to balance my chakras basically. Channel down excess energy from third eye and strengthen and develop lower chakras. Within 1-2 weeks of working with the individual exercises, my symptoms went away.
So, I do believe a lot of the “disturbing” side can go away with grounding and balancing and being more rooted in this reality.
Except for if it’s an individual for whom the “veil has lifted”, that’s out of my paygrade. But luckily that is quite rare. Dale has an article about that on the blog. I personally know one person that that happened to, but not more.
Another approach is to actually develop oneself to a state that’s naturally meditative and peaceful.
Psychic abilities can actually come independent of “vibration”. One can have a huge ego and not work on themselves much and still have abilities.
If someone develops themselves enough to feel aligned with the flow of everything and be in peace with life and themselves, I can’t imagine that the abilities would be disturbing.
Only when the ego/emotions are strong, they live too much on their head and have strong emotional response, and identify to much with their thoughts and emotions, which can be changed by being more aware.
