Is there any Virtual CARD App or website that work for Patreon Payments?

I’m asking as the reason is that In India Only Visa Credit card supports on PayPal or Patreon and Indian Banks didn’t provide credit card to everyone,
and
if we manage transactions for insurance, loan etc, than bank provide only “RUPAY” card that’s only applicable for national payments,
PAYTM payment bank VISA card works on there but those bank stopped KYC process for everyone,
so no hope for indians,

Is there any alternative ways for payments guys ?

Wise.com doesn’t work for this purpose? But it will be debit card of course.
