I’m more attracted to this term too ;)) If I understand properly, some beings here on Earth are more recent incarnations and they really originate from here (?)
Also, there’s maybe this aspect: admitting the existence of Aliens + their influence on us is a sort of “ego death“. At least for me, it’s partially like that. It’s not as fancy as thinking “wooohooo I’m a superior independent being, I ruuuuule”.
No matter what, as long as we can improve our life on here… then it’s fine ;)

A lot of the schoolteachers said I had ADHD as a kid and I’m also formally diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. So then I guess I’m a starseed with a long-ish history on earth…
