Hi guys! i have been using superhuman mutant but it has not been giving me results. I have been using it for 4 day. What do you guys recommend i do to make it work?
So I should use it alot longer until I expect to see the effects kick in?
Thanks for the advice! and I am not a troll btw. I will continue to use superhuman mutant until i start to notice the effects!
Interesting, would you say there are similarities between Superhuman Genius and Super Human Mutant in that respect, or were you referring to the Genius field?
when you used superhuman mutant, did the effects kick in immediately? for me there were no effects.
Its just that for me there was absolutely no difference at all when i used the audio.
You might not feel the effects immediately unless you’re doing something which would utilise the changes. How much you feel the effects probably also depends on how energy sensitive you are. It’s possible you could experience effects like having more energy without really noticing it because it’s not necessarily a sudden change. I often feel a smooth increase in energy and notice more effects in sunlight, but I don’t always notice a large difference in how I feel immediately after listening to it if I’m not doing anything special.
I listen to the audio and go jogging right after. However i did not eat anything and was on an empty stomach while running. Could that have played a hand? does this audio require you to eat more in order to turn the food into more energy?
“Great, this is huge I feel the energy in my entire body, I sleep less with 5h and I work more, no more brain fatigue, my willpower increased very much and Im listening 2x a day
However there is a consequence: since it’s working in your mitochondria to create more ATP energy, im in need to eat much bigger than before, more sugar more lipid whatever I have to eat very much”
This is a comment from SM mutant video. do you guys think it is true or is applicable to my case?
It’s possible that’s a variable with the PEPCK-C enzyme simulant. PEPCK-Cmus modified mice eat twice as much as control mice but are half the weight and ten times more active.
I always confuse the two as well.
Alright thanks! I will eat well and continue to use this audio to feel superhuman!
You’re correct on everything, but i want to point out that steroids actually make you gain muscle without working out. It actually makes you gain more muscle if you take steroids without working out than if you worked out without steroids.
They did a study comparing all 3 groups. Sterois only, steroids + workout, workout without steroids. Those were the results.
From my experience…
It depends on which steroid you’re talking about, but overall no, at most they’ll give you water weight which you will lose as soon as you stop using them.
You might see some small physical changes in your lean mass if you have never workout out before, but that’s about it.
The study was using 600 mg Testosterone Enanthate
- Group 1 did NOT do any form of exercise, and did NOT receive any form of steroids or drugs. (Natural guys doing no weight training.) They experienced no significant changes.
- Group 2 did NOT do any form of exercise, but they received weekly injections of 600 mg of testosterone enanthate. (Drug users doing no weight training.) They were able to build about 7 pounds of muscle. YES 7 pounds!
- Group 3 DID exercise, but they did NOT receive any form of steroids or drugs. (Natural guys doing weight training.) These men were able to build about 4 pounds of muscle.
- Group 4 DID exercise, and they also received weekly injections of 600 mg of testosterone enanthate. (Drug users doing weight training.) This group was able to build about 13 pounds of muscle.
Here’s the link to the study: https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJM199607043350101
Figure 1 summarizes it visually.
Yes it makes you gain MORE with steroids only than with exercise only. Steroids only gained 7 pounds, exercise only gained 4 pounds. That’s more.
I don’t use steroids, will most likely never use them, do not encourage them.
Just wanted to point out this info so people know it. Most don’t.
A friend of mine told me about this study a few years ago but I never actually did read the article, so I appreciate the link!
Despite what the study claims, I can’t make sense out of it. Basically testosterone will increase your body’s ability to synthesise protein which will be used to repair the muscle fibres (making them stronger) and increase the amount of water held in your muscles so that they can handle more stress, however your body still needs a reason to repair… If you have nothing to repair then that “fuller” look is just water gain and will most likely vanish as you stop using it.
But if you have never done any work out before, you might gain some lean mass, yes… heck, you can even do that with one of these Weight Gainer supplements (but you will also get a lot of fat). But would it be worth it?
Haha you went 4-5 months back to answer all these questions
