I think there is different between energy itches and oily scalp skin itches (dandruff).
First one will come with some heat to the scalp
The second it won’t gives heat.

It’s normal, don’t worry , energy flows through your crown chakra 
I feel the same sometimes. It happened to me a few times when I got the top of my head that tingle to have a mirror hour when I looked at my phone. It is a confirmation from my angels and guide .
