Itchy scalp when sweating

The title pretty much explains it all, when I start sweating in the gym my scalp gets itchy. I’ve used the bacteria and fungus destroyer in the past, and my scalp also felt some strange sensations. Maybe I destroyed good bacteria on my head if that’s even a thing? Or those fields destroyed some bad bacteria? Either way, is there any field or natural supplement/ remedy to treat this and also to have stronger healthier hair in general
Thanks

If you let sweat sit on your scalp for too long, it can clog your hair follicles, leading to itching as skin cells start to build up. As the temperature rises, your body also produces more of its natural oil (sebum) to keep your skin from drying out. This oil can build up and irritate your scalp.

If there is a field with antiperspirant properties or even better selective eccrine gland deactivation, it would help

How often do you work up a really good sweat? What you’re experiencing can sometimes just be a buildup of toxins in the skin needing to be released, including the scalp. A few good sweats in a row can eventually dissipate the sensation once the excess toxins are released.

I’m not saying it’s definitely what’s happening in your case, but it’s a possibility.

Barely ever in my case
By the time I start sweating so much that I’m itchy (doesn’t take a lot of sweating) I just stop whatever it is I’m doing and go shower if possible

Yeah, definitely makes sense then. You’d be amazed at what a few sauna sessions could also do for you :blush:

I typically would hate sauna for this exact reason
But since sweating possibly is a solution instead of a cause
Next week I’m gonna be sweating like a sinner in church lol

Thank you :heart::slightly_smiling_face:

Pretty much everyday, it’s been happening at the gym when I first start sweating, and it stays for a while.

Sounds like dandruff or tocks. Or just get used to the hair being itchy if its nothing. Lions mane would help, my beard mane, itchy tho

Disagree. They would mention have they had dandruff or ticks, it’s not something that goes unnoticed.

How helpful do you think this advice is?

They can’t tell why? Bacteria should be killed with the Navhumon whatever its spelt lol elixir tho?

Well I haven’t noticed dandruff I think. I sometimes have flaky white stuff coming out of my hair but I heard that’s dead skin. Come to think of it, when I used the fungus destroyer, I noticed sticky yellow stuff in my hair. I was that field killing dandruff? But I never noticed it before so how did it show up after the field?

It is.

I doubt it possibly could be dandruff since you say it wasn’t there before.
Since you mention it was back when you used fungus destroyer and not now I guess it doesn’t bother you any longer.

No it doesn’t bother me anymore. But still though, how did I get actual dandruff from listening to it? And back to my main topic, what’s some fields or even natural oils supplements etc to get healthy hair, I think I need to restore fats in my hair

Are you sure it was an actual dandruff?

Yeah, worth a try.
I suggest oils with high penetration ability, such as coconut oil.

Well, it was sticky and yellowish, kinda looked like boogers lol. I should probably add that during this time I wasn’t taking the best care of my hair, I didn’t wash it for some time(nasty I know) and I had a graveyard of dead skin on my head.

My bet it was sebum.

Plasma protocol it! Full body detox too! You can heal broski. Believe in your strength. This is odd, did you go to a family house? I had cousin’s with lots of cats. Maybe from vacation? How do we not catch it… Is it contagious, should I move back. I don’t use shampoo either removes natural oil we need to fight these germs. Type 2b 2a sometimes hair hard to maintain
