I find two tags on a single chain don’t rattle much. A larger number of tags can rattle, though. One can always put extra tags in a pocket.

yes. this is one of those things that got “lost” from the XM forums when we used laminated sigils/charms, etc. I keep all my sigils in my left pockets.
