It’s winter, so not a lot has been going on with the plants :) however I just came across this is Culpeper’s Herbal and I was very happy to see the good ol maple can aid one’s liver

The elderberries are sprouting and have zero complaints. They have more than enough water this year, in fact- we need to curb the water a bit.

This is a very important year this is the first year we are not going to pinch off all the elderflowers and we will allow the berries to form.

Mostly focused on herbs this year, here’s what I planted in today:

I’m especially excited about sweet Annie I want to make tea with it, but I’m sure everything is going to come out great.

Sage is usually really prolific for me and comes back every year.
