Keeping Daily Records of Audio Usage

Does anyone keep daily records of what they have listened to, how many times, at what time?

For example:

Negentropic Jing - 2x1pm
Point of No Return - 2x2pm
etc.

I believe doing this helps to track progress with fields and keep track of what one has already listened to that particular day.

I keep a list of most of the audios, arranged by category:

Brain Fields
Energy Fields
Spiritual Fields
etc.

Then, depending on what effects I am after that day, or time of day, or what I would like to work on, I can easily locate a particular audio to listen to. Next to that audio I write down the time of day and how many times it has been listened to.

Then I can look back and notice how I felt that day or time of day. It helps also keep track of audios that don’t need to be listened to daily, like the RNA Audios Superhuman Mutant RNA+, Vitamin C etc.

Yes I do this every day. I have a running list

I like to keep track of how I’m feeling physically and emotionally with regard to fields.

I also sometimes have a delayed effect where the fields I listened to the day before had me feeling amazing the day after so I can look back and ask, what did I listen to that day?

Or there’s a period of time where I listened to a field regularly and a condition was one way and then months later I realize I haven’t been listening to that field and I go back …

Anyway it is helpful. It has become easier the more I compile different fields into playlists, and then I just write down the playlists and whether they have changed in any major way recently
