Hello guys,
I would like to discuss my Mental abilities stack, as well as other things related to that. My goal is to enhance mental abilities as much as possible, mainly Intelligence, which composes of many things, and memory (Intuition, creativity and focus as well, just not with the priority being so high) and I’m pretty sure there are many other people with similar goals. I’m willing to talk with you how we can make the Mental abilities stack as much effective as possible and how to generally improve mental abilities as much as possible For now, I’ve made this list (some audios are there 2-3 times, so it’s meant to listen it as many times as it’s positioned here): https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWObRkFDxnKTKl_e_SSbCt12-PZu8qg_k
So it involves some morphic fields from other morphic field channels as well. And also, I listen 2x a day BDNF, which I bought and I plan to buy Brain Growth Work from Sapien. I also use a 100x layered subliminal, which I made myself, for all mental abilities. And I’m thinking of whether tDCS is good to use. Does that track with NGF and Tdns really involves in full strength and intensity all of NGF and Tdns which were used in other videos? (cuz I found the original Tdns here: https://vimeo.com/user116350788 ) And also, some scientific tests seem to point again tDCS. Does it really help and bring results? So what do you think about it? What would you add/remove and why?
And aside from listening to things, I guess every good tutorial on topic of improving mental abilities should involve these things:
- regular everyday 7-8 hours sleep, enough rest in general
- healthy diet, containing everything that the body needs, + maybe multivitamin, multimineral supplements
- meditation, mornings and evenings
- nootropics, like Ginkgo Biloba, Omega acids, Huperzine A, Noopept, etc.
- mental exercises, like Chess, Brain games, N-back apps, even IQ tests, or other games targeted on exercising imagination, working memory, processing speed, logical thinking, etc.
- Learning, preferably something challenging, like advanced math, foreign languages
- Reading a lot, self-educating oneself in variety of topics that stimulate one’s thinking
- Playing on musical instruments
- Socialization, surrounding one’s with highly intelligent people
- if having any harmful habit, getting rid of them (Smoking, Drinking, Drugs, Porn, other addictions,…)
So what would you guys add or improve? What are your views about this?
