It should be possible, I mean these fields help with actually working out and stuff,
But what about lazy magicians who want it purely for aesthetic purposes?
Hormonal fields have a downside of turning you into an ape.

The first 2 miles went GREAT tho; if I wouldâve kept the pace, I wouldâve broken another PR.
I should mention, I havenât been hungry like AT ALL, especially after my 8-mile run. Lol IDK about others, but Iâm not trying to lose weight , and if I donât eat, thatâs the path thatâs looking brightest.

Tell me about it, bro, I was on pace to beat my pr by ~3 mins. Shit like Iâm no athlete, nor I have been training but when it comes to running, beating your pr by seconds is A LOT. the fact I was MINS is still beyond me.
All while my gluteus medium & knee && ankle (idk how I got so much going on with my body right now lol) was feeling shocked/low level 2 pain.
And itâs only gonna get better and better⌠itâs PR season brotha!!
I find with running more than anything else I do, I have to watch recovery. Itâs strong medicine. I reckon after some rest and sticking with this (legendary) field, the PRs will start adding up.
Also I do lots of joint recovery, muscle recovery and fat to stem cells after running
Thatâs right! Thinking of going back to the gym after transitioning to the new job (the one Iâm still manifesting, but havenât even applied for yet )
When you run your playlist what do you do? Basic stretching? Play the audios on loop over night?
With the recovery ones I go off intuition. I tend to hit the fat loss ones pretty hard during cardio.
My overnight playlist is the deep spiritual ones

That sounds about right bro. Thatâs after Iâve done test/hgh/extreme muscle building. I always do those 3 first to get the ball rolling. Cold showers after running is important too, probably the most important⌠but man, I find it hard.
Definitely open to a âdissolve blocks to cold exposureâ field! lol
Haha I LOVE cold shower, or should I say used to. I did them in the cold only. I would say shower and after youâre done stay in for a little and start âshadow boxingâ as you turn the water colder and colder. I notice that I compensate for the cold water if I start boxing (lol I donât box but just get some movement ins) after some time I would say you can just stand without moving for 5 mins under super FREEZING cold water. The moment you come out youâll see how warm the air is (even if itâs 40° outside).
Donât out your head under extreme weather conditions for too long tho, only your body.
