Light and Vibrational Guidance Vs Ascension-Naut

I hope you are having a nice day. I wanted to seek some guidance, I’m undecided, I want to buy next month some field to continue my spiritual growth, I’m between buying “Light and Vibrational guidance” or buy “Ascension-naut”, can you tell me your experiences with both, and guide me to know some differences between these fields

I only own Ascension-naut but not very strict in listening to it daily or use the mandala. From the users’ reviews Ascension-naut needs changing your life style and choices so that it can help you better and faster while Light and Vibrational Guidance seems to work even with passive usage.

Long term users would have better to say.
