Light and Vibrational Guidance

Nice suggestion, thanks.

Now I’m awestruck. This field has upayakaushalya built in…

I’m not advanced enough to try this yet, I think. But definately will do in the future.

I had some problems with this field and it took me a bit to sort them out. What I learned is that, for me (YMMV), being very relaxed helps. If I am stressed, it’s far better to do some progressive relaxation before going into this field, I would experience some jaw tightening. With relaxation, I can get two listens in before that starts to happen. I can reverse this tightening fairly well by imaging myself as bar of gold melting.

I think this issue has a lot more to do with me than the field. In the past, whenever I’ve gotten close to an astral projection launch, I would get heavy resistance. I still have that but it’s lessening. This field probably has a similar flashing warning in some part of my mind/body–as if the pure lands might lessen the influence of some negative aspects of my personality/being/whathaveyou–which is a good reason to press forward–gently.

I started out slow with this field just one time a day before upping it months later. Which for me is surprising consider I always do 2-3x perhaps just meditating with it once a day for a week or so? Maybe even using the mental mandala beforehand? :relaxed:

@Maoshan_Wanderer Hello sir, would you listen to this prior to or after Light of Savitur? I play Conceptual Realizations first

Also: is Vibration of Transcendence needed for this stack or are those three enough?
Also Also: Exalted States incorporates Amrit.
Which is why I was thinking perhaps maybe that should be used after light of savitur.

Like rn my stack is:
Conceptual
LVG
LOS
Exalted

^idk where to put vibration of transcendece though (or if it’s even needed!)

Thank you :hibiscus:

also: regarding LOS: i understand this pertains to gayatri mantr, but am I allowed to meditate to mool mantr with this? And if yes, will it help me understand it like the way it can for Gayatri?
I do not have any authority to say they are similar but they are both well intentioned
This is Mool Mantr btw:

Same thing but prettier asthetic lol

(Well all the way up till GurPrasad- otherwise the above is the first pouree of Japji Sahib)

But if not to LOS, can it, the mool mantr, be used here for LVG?
My reasoning is: LVG= light and vibrational guidance → guru
And gurprasad is → can be obtained with the grace of the guru

Mool mantra can be practiced anytime and wherever. Its Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji’s parsad in the form of a mantra. I normally chant it with any field that sounds peaceful.

Mool mantra upto nanak hosee bhee sach, is a beej mantra too. So I understand how you are saying similar to gyatri mantra.

Sorry for answering you randomly, i am a Sikh and from a family that deeply practiced Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji’s bani.

Always a good idea to add ojas before amrita/ambrosia, if your time allows.

Vibration of Transcendence, you can put at the very beginning of your stack as it has Ego Dissolution.

I always like to end my stack with V of Divine Love.

I keep LVG just before the ending of the stack (right before VoDL) because it calibrates my energy body really well - fix what is needed, add what is missing, essentially optimize all energies from previous fields.

Wjkk wjkf then lol

Mm i meant like could light of savitur maybe possible get us the inner essence of mool mantr like it does with gaytri

Once the energies are well acclimated, or I should say, once our energy bodies are well acclimated to the energies, I often wonder, if the strict order really matters, especially for some of the spiritual audios?

I have experimented and sometimes it is the case, sometimes it not. For example, some things make sense - use KQC, Ego Dissolution and Subconscious Blockage at the beginning of the stack, Love/Gratitude (or VoDL) at the end, before Grounding, etc. The order probably also matters sometimes in the case of physical stacks. My rational mind of course always wants a logical picture as the basis of my stack - which I still follow for physical audios - but not so much anymore for the more spiritual ones.

But, don’t let that dissuade you from playing around. In a stack of say vibration audios, love audios etc., exact order may not always matter. Awakened energy body, especially if aligned with one’s higher self, knows how to pace and order the energies best suited for you.

I’m glad you have confirmed this for me…This is what I always felt until I got to this forum and saw everyone all particular about their orders so I fell into the same thing. But I keep getting lead back to using what I feel is right at the moment and it turns out my Being processes them intelligently anyway. Obviously I follow a format to a degree still…like boosters at the beginning, etc.

umm i am not sure but Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji ki Fateh

It would definately give … That feeling of effortless light emerging which emerges from attaining oneness with the mantra itself…

If you do chant it: One of my close people, they are amrit baptised. They loved chanting mool mantra with Pure magnetic heart coherence. It is a blessing to see you quoting such a celestial mantra here : ) god bless you and keep chanting this ocean of magic!

Just curious, you say you have 2 more listens to go, does that mean you listen to each a certain number of times before moving on to the next?

I don’t have Idun apples and no experience with it.
But it is a NFT and thus will work on you 24/7 either way.
