Light or Heavy?

Hey guys

I am finally back into consistent workout but getting a bit conflicted there.

Long-term I am aiming for a body that is functional, agile and resilient. Dancing, combat, parkour, climbing, fast recovery etc.

Basically Jason Bourne

At the same time I want to bulk up and see what weight I can reach.

Thing is, I´ve done Parkour as a teen with 20kg less and the weight difference is very noticeable.
I have to carry my body over every obstacle, obviously making any unnecessary weight a bigger resistance.
And when I look at most parkour athletes, they are usually “fit” but by no means bodybuilders.

I know there might be ways to train my muscles to counter that, strengthen cardio-system, oxygen intake, joints and ligaments, using fields etc.

Is it possible to become very heavy and still efficiently do climbing and parkour? Is it sustainable? Anybody having experiences of putting it into proper balance?

I am asking less about field suggestions here (still welcomed, :eyes:the new muscle fields) but your personal experiences, views and ideas. Anything welcomed :slightly_smiling_face:

As a female, I had totally other things in mind when I read the title

… Carry on…

I thought it was an Access Consciousness question.

One of my first “failure” with anything and everything woo woo xD
