Listening with Headphones

I was not able to find the answer to this question.

I am used to listening with headphones prior to following a sleep with subliminal’s that I have used in the past.

Can I also listen to the sapien medicine audio’s with headphones and get the same effect.

Yes, the Headphones should be good tho
and yes speakers will work 2, but the sound has to reach your body/energy body

yes… i do love to listen with headphone or earphone cause i can hear the very very detail sound the audio has…

i have a harmon kardon mini esquire 2 bluetooth speakers… i hear with them as well…

both are good…

Thank you for your suggestions.
I know the field is supposed to contact your body so by using headphones will this not
be as effective.
Also, do you have to actual hear the audio in order to work or can I turn
down the volume, some of the audio’s are pretty intense and I find that I am
getting headaches afterwards.
