Hello, has the ‘ask for advice’ section been removed? Was trying to tag this post in that caregory…
Anyways I wanted to ask about looping Jing say 10-20 times in a day. I know this topic has been talked about a lot but I cant find posts specifically addressing how much is ok to loop. Im basically wandering if its possible to restore years worth of lost jing in a few days/weeks if looped…
Thankyou @JAAJ ! Thanks for the tip about grounding, gonna do that now I dont have Negentropic Jing unfortunately (is it still for sale?) I am using Jing Restoration from Patreon and alchemical jing charged blood. And occasionally the flow of Jing.
Make sure you convert that jing into chi and shen i learned it late but it is very crucial that you maintain a balance between these 3 treasures because if you have an imbalance between these 3 then there will be consequences i was only focused on Jing because i just wanted physical benefits and i got the benefits but my emotional and inner self became a chaos i did my research and found that when you have low chi and shen but high jing then you will look healthy but your inner self will be chaotic having a lot of jing but no chi or shen is like driving a F1 car without a professional driver.
One cannot have enough Jing in the first place.
Your Lower Dan Tien and kidneys stores it.
For example, when you were born, you had a ton of prenatal Jing, which slowly is used up as the years go by.
It takes a long time to regenerate all this Jign that you have lost already.
So it is very unlikely to get problems from “too much Jing”.
Your Jing is automatically converted into Chi as times goes by.
And Chi into Shen…
If you are low on Chi and Shen, then the problem is most likely with your Lower Dan Tien: Jing energy leakage or Jing-to-Chi-conversion rate.
Or with your kidneys.
If you feel chaotic and emotional, then probably because that Jing is partly stuck in your Lower Dan Tien and is not sufficiently enough converted into Chi. Stuck Jing will likely create compulsive sexual irritations and similar behaviors.
These are the most likely points where your issues are.
The problem is not with your Jing levels but with your Lower Dan Tien.
Healthy Lower Dan Tien → you can add almost infinite amount of Jing.
I disagree.
The main drive comes from the Chi.
That is the active type of the energy that needs to be used for some activitity.
Jing alone is just the dormant reservoir of that energy.
What you are experiencing is probably the issue in your Lower Dan Tien as to where that Jing is not properly converted into Chi at a healthy clean pace.
