Hey @Alexander <3
after reading your post i dont know why but i cried too much
i dont want to say something or maybe dont know what to say.
what i do is when i see someone i love or care for in pain i just sit with them quietly and just be and let them be i wish i could be there for you.
your post made me appreciate my Mother and Father as a childs biggest fear is losing them. That’s all they have.
Parents love is always with their children losing a parent is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. But their goodness, caring and wisdom live on-like a legacy of love that will always be with you. May that love surround you now and wish you peace.
i wont say you to be strong or not to grieve.
That pain is the proof of love you have.
Here’s my favourite folk songs on Mothers Love

Tribute Cover
As poetry cannot be translated perfectly but here is a translated lyrics of that song.
*O mother! like rub of a tiny piece of stone beneath eyelid, separation is hurting my songs’ eyes.
To grief the dead friends, I get up in the middle of night. O mother, I can not fall asleep.
O mother!
I dip (the wound) in various fragrances and wrap moonlight around it (as a bandage). Still, the pain does not ease.
I blow a gentle warm breathe over (the wound) to soothe the pain. O mother, the wound, instead, pounces back on me to bite.
O mother!
I am a young boy/girl in a need of advice. Who will come forward to advise her?
Tell him/her to weep with lips shut tight lest the world hears him/her crying.
O mother!
Ask him/her to eat the bite of separation baked by destiny on a flipped girdle.
[Metaphorically, separation is equated with an improperly baked loaf of bread.]
Lick the salty liquid oozing out of roses of sufferings to give heart courage to bear pain.
O mother!
Which snake keeper has a skin that does not peel off the snake’s body ? No one is giving me a skin that stays with the body forever.
[Metaphorically, snake’s skin is equated with separation that is inevitable.]
Like an ascetic, who will beg at the door of the greedy people to pay such a huge price?
O mother!
O pain, Love is like a butterfly nailed to a cross forever.
Love is such a bee from whom lechery stays a millions of miles away.
O mother!
Love is a palace where no one but the souls live.
Love is such a courtyard where the bed of nuptial night is never laid.
O mother!
Tell him/her not to take the names of dead friend aloud in the middle of the night.
I am afraid that after I am dead, this vicious world would label my song as evil.*
*O mother O mother, who do I tell,
this pain of separation
My Maste’rs fire smoulders,
If I poke, its red hot
Driven mad with spikes,
Pain of separation fills my thoughts
Bread of sadness, sauce of spikes,
Make a fire of laments
Wandered jungles and deserts,
But not found the ruby
wander looking for Ranjhan Ranjhan,
But Ranjhan is with me
Says Hussain the poor faqeer,
Meeting God would be ecstasy.*
Sending love and prayers your way, Alexander. I’m so sorry.
My condolences! May she rest in peace!

That’s a tough one. Good that you know to ask for help. I’m glad you feel this community is here for you. It is.
I think the recent breathing fields on the Sapien Medicine channel might help a lot. I would think almost anything on the Dream Seeds channel seems helpful, as so many either connect you with something positive or disconnect you from something negative.
