Manifestation techniques 1 – Journal into reality (No fields)

This post is a first of a couple of manifestation-focused topics I would like to post. I am starting with this one because it is extremely easy, and, in my experience, extremely effective.

The tools you need is a pen and paper/notebook.
Disclaimer: this is my writing, explained through my experience and view. None of this is universal truth. Also, this not “my” method. This is my take an a common method, and it has similarities with many teachers and techniques freely available online .

The technique (no fields)

Take some time and sit with yourself.

Imagine your ideal life situation (I will call this go-to state), grab a pen and paper and start writing – write about your life as if you were journaling, from the go-to state. Talk about anything and everything you feel is important to properly explain the situation, and to explain how it feels to be in this go-to state and why. You can write about your daily routine, the interactions you have, how you feel, and what specifically makes you feel that way.
I urge you to go deep here. The aim is to describe the go-to state very well to be able to tune into it. If you do this deep enough, and honestly enough, you will feel your entire being and all your cells saying “YES, that is what I want, that is where I am going”. You may even have physical sensations or feel vibrations in your body. The emotional experience should be joyous as well, but not because you want to evoke happiness – the emotion is rather a natural consequence of truly embodying the “go-to state”.

This is **not** the exercise of writing a laundry list of things you want. It is not about writing a wish list of things you want the universe to give you, like “15 million in the bank, debt free, partner who loves me and is very hot, good sex, fast car, many friends” (or whatever else may be on your short list).

It is about:

- Truly putting yourself into and experiencing that end state

- Distilling your desires into their essence.

During the journaling process, you will notice that the myriad of desires and ideas starting to take on a more concrete shape. You will likely realise that out of 3-5 competing desires, only one is truly deep seated in your heart. You may discover the underlying theme or currently unmet need that is driving you to manifest the thing you are working on.
You will realise which experiences, feelings and attributes are truly important to you. You will start to naturally focus on those during the writing exercise.

Each time I sit down to write, I always think it will take a long time and many pages, but usually it is surprisingly quick. The essence of desire is much more condensed than all the thoughts and possibilities surrounding it.

Example

In the area of finances, the goal of having 15 million in your bank account is very likely less emotionally charged than all the things you want that that money can get you, whatever that may be. Money is a tool. Write about what is important to you personally:

· the freedom you have through the money and what you do with it

· the respect you gain through wealth and how it shows in your life

· the peace you have in your life now that the struggles are over – looking back, you do remember those struggles, but it feels so long ago, like a different life

· the opportunities it provides you so that you can follow your passion and /or change careers

· the good you could do in the community

·

Similarly, in the area of love, write about how it feels to love and be loved the way you want to. How are you treated in the relationship you want to be in? What do you feel when you look at them? What do they feel when they look at you? How do you spend your days together? How do you communicate with each other? How do you resolve conflicts? What it is in them or the relationship that makes you feel safe emotionally to open up and connect with them?

If it is purpose you seek, write about what it feels like to have a purpose. Even if in real life you feel a bit lost, during this exercise you are a (wo)man of purpose. Tune into what that means, embody that person, and write about what it feels like to live with a purpose, a true calling .

With fields

I will keep this short

1. Fields to help you tune in with yourself before the exercise (e.g. higher self connecti on, emotional release etc)

  1. Fields to power your desire
You can sit with that feeling of being “in the end” or “go-to state” and use fields around power to help empower that

  2. Manifestation fields
Any really. My go to is the magician nft but each to their own.
My preferred use is to engage with is from the go-to state

  3. Probability bending stuff

  4. Things that talk a bit about the “veil”, for example I do use the absinthe field from the p rimordial store in this context.

  5. Help from higher beings: Any i nterce ssio n, boon, blessing, etc.

My personal experience

I do not do this as often, but I wo uld like to focus on this more as well.

I know people who do e.g. a 30 day intense period where they journal every day, whenever they want to change something specific.

Personally, I tend to sit down and write a couple of pages whenever I am not happy with the direction of a specific area of my life.
I had quick success in the area of work and career (matter of days), and I had noticeable changes in the area of my per sonal life and relationships as well.

A quick note on manifestation and blockages

Many, many things contribute to the events in our lives.

A lot of what unfolds in life is related to unconscious material and blocks of different nature. We do tend to create situations again and again where we get to experience certain dynamics from our past. Some of these patterns work against us, i.e. against our conscious desires.
That is why healing, shadow work, therapy, coaching etc. can be extremely useful and should be done parallel to these manifestation techniques.
