Is it normal to find it difficult to do something you usually find quite easy to do in the mass meditation?
Are you talking about meditation? Yeah on some days meditation to the live stream is harder for me, than a regular meditation.
Did you mean doing other stuff in the background? No never had problems with that.

I found it more difficult to retain the I state. Getting into it was easy but it kept getting weakened by all my depression and self doubt.
Yeah today was kinda one of them but also the first time to enjoy it regardless; more like get out of that ‘affected’ state.
