The last meditations have lasted approx. 1 hour but it’s flexible.

Yeah, I like to do it for an hour. I feel the more people that meditate, and the longer we do it, the better. But any bit counts and is much appreciated.

I joined in for 30 minutes but what a beautiful experience. My heart chakra was blasting during the mediation, maybe @angelblessings had something to do with that
