Meditating alone by yourself increases your vibration. A mass of people meditating at one place can increase the vibration of our planet.

The Meditation stream connects us listeners, so our group meditation raises the vibration of the planet.

Why should we raise the planets vibration? Answering in Dream’s own words:

Creating a gentle loving push for a better future for all. (by helping to raise your personal and the earth’s vibratory state)

(the live stream field does much, much more than I described here in this post)

Are you talking about meditation? Yeah on some days meditation to the live stream is harder for me, than a regular meditation.

Did you mean doing other stuff in the background? No never had problems with that.
