Maybe mild results from extreme muscle growth?

Hello everyone. I have been using this audio for almost 2 weeks now. I cannot tell if I am delusion or not but there might be minor results. Keep in mind due to this virus I am not going to the gym. Let me know if you actually do see changes or not or it’s all in my head. If you see none, no hard feelings, I have to give this field more time. I have been listening everyday at least one time a day.

I would call those “extreme” results for just 2 weeks of listening.

I listened to the upper body workout video 3x a day only 3 times a week. So like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I would listen to that video. On top of that I would use the extreme muscle growth video twice on those days. Maybe once a week I would use estrogen reducer

I don’t know if this makes total sense or not but I sometimes like to use the new testosterone video and then the extreme muscle growth video. More testosterone being released from that audio and the muscle growth audio puts the testosterone into the muscle.

I can only imagine what would have happened if this virus wasnt a thing. I used to go to the gym regularly before this virus

I am seeing some very clear muscle gains from my recent stack. Not sure what in this stack is doing the trick (perhaps some newer ones are jazzing up things) - this week I could not even get basic cardio, forget the weights - slept little, and was working 18-hour days to complete a product release and still saw some good gains, zero gained pounds (went off my usually healthy diet and ate pizza almost every single day at work).

Good god…all those audios man…doesn’t it make you feel a bit drained listening to all those audios in one day? I find this insane. What’s your height and weight? I’m seeing a lot of the audios having to do with fat loss.

Lol nope! I used to put in 2 hours in the gym, and in the absence of that during the lock down - this is way easier. I am generally not drained - I do practice Taiji, Neigong, and Trulkhor for decades now, so I am not easily overwhelmed by energy.

I do wonder though. Is it still worth using upper body audio once I get back to the gym? Also how should I be using the stomach shrink audio?

@PatronSaintBiceps is back at the Gym and I believe he still uses the audios to supplement his workout. I probably will do the same!

Oh yeah man, that’s actually the only time I use it (except when I don’t go to the gym) it’s going to make you crazy sore! Also don’t worry about over training bro, most people never even come close to actually over training lol

Also been using twitch in time. Will get saint biceps. Just need more time. Extreme muscle growth 2x a day on workout days. Once a day on non workout days. Testosterone 2.5 2x a day as well
