I read one time a story of a woman who had to go to work and the sister did not arrive to watch her child, the neighbor offered to watch the boy, she asked how much, he said nothing of course.
Days later she made a post on fb asking for opinions, she was considering suing the neighbor for child support since he did not want to charge to watch the kid it means he assume the Dad role figure.
