This is very simple field. It’s to refresh your brain and mind and to remove any negative mental energy or thoughts you’re having that’s it. If you had a sleep or a mad day in general or just having too much negative thoughts this might help. Also added a bit of gamma wave for attention and focus. Also would work for general mental refresh.

It’s more dedicated towards removing negative thoughts that you’re having currently to clear your mind.
