The frequency you are trying to access is not the frequency you must play. Consider binaural beats, where the interference pattern of two frequencies creates a third in your brain, which is the one you experience. What you experience as a single vibration in 3D reality is a combination of no fewer than three frequencies in an expanded dimensional system. These frequencies are constantly in motion, but they maintain the equilibrium of the 3D vibration, so you experience it as a single frequency.
This could perhaps be duplicated by layering multiple frequencies in an audio to achieve a desired vibration.
