Hi @SAMRAk, welcome to the forum!
I’m sorry to hear you’ve been getting migraines and hope some of our suggestions can be of help.
Have you always experienced headaches every time after listening to the fields?
How many fields do you listen to daily apart from the fields in your first post?
It seems like some people who are migraine sufferers can experience migraines and headaches more easily with too many different fields. If the sounds are loud or harsh to your ears, that could lead to a migraine too.
If you are new to listening to morphic fields, it’s possible you may be listening to too many different fields for your system to process. You might try starting with three or four fields at first to give your physical and energy body time to adjust to morphic fields.
Some people are only able to listen to a few different fields at once at first. The ability to listen to more fields can develop and build over time as you become more accustomed to morphic fields and remove blockages and subconscious limits. Everyone has a unique experience, though, so experiment and see how you go when you add more fields.
It’s also possible the volume is too loud or that some of the sounds you’re listening to are harsh. You can try always listening to the fields on speakers, as listening with headphones can exacerbate migraines, listening only to audios with a pleasant sound at first and at a lower volume as @This_Boy_Here suggested. The fields only need to be consciously audible to work so the volume can be very low as you listen.
@This_Boy_Here and @mordred have some great suggestions and ideas in their posts as well.
It’s possible it could make the headache either better or worse.
The vagus nerve can be closely involved with migraines, so it could be of help.
You can try playing Vagus Nerve Stimulation or Brain Regeneration once or twice first, as some people have reported that they help quickly with migraines. If they make the migraine worse, or if your intuition already feels it might make the migraines too intense to try playing these audios, you can also take a break from the audios for a few days.
Another tip for relief from migraines and headaches which may help you and others:
To activate your vagus nerve quickly, you can put pressure on your sternum (the vertical bone in the centre of your chest at the front of your ribcage) with your hands. Rubbing gently (up and down or in circles) while applying pressure can help too. The amount of pressure is up to you to experiment with. This can help some migraine sufferers. You can also touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth to activate the vagus nerve.
