i’ll do my best to share my experiences before i had the assistance of morphic fields and especially the anxiety removal audio.
i think a lot (sometimes too much) and eventually i got into the perspective of ‘being bored’ about seeing the same anxious pattern with how i interact with money.
it definitely helped that while i was in the financial sector, i saw everyone’s bank info. i saw all the numbers. i saw the correlations of why successful brands and companies have high amounts of money.
for me, a big realization i had was how i could connect the concept of money towards flow and circulation.
take a river, in this metaphor, money is the water of the river. not enough money, the whole river system will dry out. too much money put into the economy and the whole river system overfloods everything and everyone. a balanced river requires a balanced flow of rain and drainage. this is true too (at least how i see it) for the economical river.
for me, when i receive enough information and the bird’s eye view of everything, my anxiety finds no more reasons it can attach to to keep me feeling anxious.
“you need enough money so you’ll be ready if ever your parents stop supporting you”
the above haunted me for years as it pushed me to know more and more about money.
after i left the financial sector leaving behind a big middle finger, i feel more free to just enjoy working how i want to work. i just accept any form of abundance at this point as i know this is the best i can handle with who i am.
if i was rich, then i would have the skills, mindset, and experiences to back that up. the best i can currently do for myself is to first approach my mindset which will help me train the skills and then inevitably bring me to the experiences that will make me truly believe ‘oh yeah, i am rich!’.
a tip i can share is to find a way to relate money to something you really know.
are you musically inclined? you can relate money to the flow of music.
are you a painter? you can relate money to the paint, tools, canvas, etc.
