I don’t know where this ‘randomly’ came from,
Some 12 hours ago I also saw an image of a male with what may have been dark hair, on a peak, resting and overlooking a large body of water, the hill was steep in front of him. It looked like a wooden observatory / structure of sorts, it seemed to have a roof. The sunlight looked like morning, possibly also sundown.
Take this with grains of salt, only if it resonates.

‘video of him exiting his apartment and getting straight into the Uber. We spoke with the Uber driver who confirmed drop-off. We found his phone.’

The phone was found on the beach in Half Moon Bay. He was wearing black jacket and jeans
