The fields in the dog tags, are those considered part of the limit of 4 permanent fields?
How many supplementary audios can one listen to on top of wearing a dog tag?
The 4 are for permanent physical changes, so if you have the psychic tag that counts as a permant physical change since it grows psychic brain parts, don’t know the fancy scientific term for it.
But things like unlimited energy doesn’t count in the max 4.
