Yes I agree with you. We focus on less than 1% of existence and call it “reality”. And you are right we are far beyond anything these pests could ever be. There’s a reason they need us, we are their power source. The trick is to “choose” your own “verse”. Unfortunately people think they are powerless, due to programming from birth, constant 24/7 subliminal/frequency blasts etc.
Didnt watch video, but its much worse. MIT released a study, on “GPT brain” which will definitely rival and surpass “tik tok brain”. Basically turning humans into morons. All by design.

There is only very little good in using GPTs - mainly for scientific research - google on steroids, for anything else it destroys all capabilities humans alone have especially thinking & writing - an essay, to a story or even your PoV on something or asking a GPT to find logical inconsistencies in someone’s argument. The worst part is telling people that they are becoming dumb and stupid offends them so much that they are willing to get dumber and stupider but not see what is happening to them.
I have no problem with such people as long as their voting rights are taken away.
The only thing I use GPT is for fixing grammar and making consice sentence and that’s just on work. On the internet and outside of it, idgaf what I wrote as long as it’s understandable. They’re generally good for just that.
The worst is using it on research or making a research paper/thesis, the fucking AI will cite a non existing research and stuff.
They’re only good at surface level information, once you go in-depth you have to do it yourself.
I use Gemini for research and it provides citations because google scholar has access to a lot of research, even normal websites, which MS Co-pilot started. It also helps with scenarios backed by medical research like how a particular field can help with such and such bodily conditions. I honestly do not know how people can use it to write a research paper.
There is no official recommendation, but 3 is a good place to start. It’s right, these are strong, so start small and let your system tell you how to proceed.
