I guess this question keeps coming up…You guys should start a thread on the right stack to use for muscles, abs etc., now that we have some great audios (and not to forget the older workout audios which are unlike anything else ever produced by any other creator IMHO)…
I know zen prefers shorter stacks, would be a cool man! We could show two different angles on it, the short stack way of going about it (zen) and the all day listening way to go about it lol (me)
I use the Superhuman Mutant RNA+ once a week (every Sunday I play it 3-4 times)… Hope that helps. Initially, I would use it twice a week, but once a week seems to be good enough…
yes man, I have been watching a lot of his videos lately and he figured out how to to train for hyperplasia
In summary it is two workout days (Upper/lower) no rest days in between, the rest of the week off and repeat. He explains that in order to create hyperplasia we have to “injure the muscle” in order to create new muscle fibers during the 5 days off.
So, he does that by doing 5x10 for each muscle group using weight between 65-75 % of your max, for legs the volume is higher since they are bigger muscles maybe 8x10.
And during the rest days you only have to eat a lot of good quality food.
I suppose all that intensity can be avoided using this Muscle Beyond Limits field and workout with a different split plus have days off between training days, but idk maybe I will try his way of training.
but lets say what you do in the gym is considered hypertrophy, will the field pick up on that and still go for hyperplasia? i am having a difficult time understanding that
haven’t gone to gym in a while cuz of a injury and im still gaining noticeable amounts of lean mass (im on a caloric surplus still) , also using androgen audio
Not a waste of time because you use it to supplement your body. Would you have a protein shake on constant drip going through your blood stream? You use it while you build your body or train your body as you go along. Its a extremely amazing field and i am not even trying to be biased.
