Yeah Iāve been using this before exercise as well, I temporarily dropped the biceps field (sad :( ) because Iām focusing on something else, but I wanted to test this.
My strength is up for sure, once I get my bike fixed Iāll test it on a bike ride as well there is a route I really.like but itās a bit long and difficult with my (heavy) bike, itās 70km with ~700m cumulative elevation (yeah I know thatās nothing for someone used to riding in the proper mountains but thatās not me lol) I have plans to use this field before
But I like the workout/feeling of achievement, thatās the whole point
We talked about this recently with some friends, ideally you need 3 bikes: a city bike, a gravel/road bike and an E-Bike which is also a mountain bike (the expensive ones can cover a LOT of ground:D) ā¦ lol

In the last few hours, Iāve been noticing that this field is digging to the side of the abdomen, that is, as if it is tapering off by gradually reducing the hips. There is also an expression in Boxing that suggests āworking the flanks to break down the resistanceā. Two years ago I tried a natural supplement to reduce fat and weight, after the first 15 day period, I noticed the same process as this, plus the immediate loss of 2 Kg or 4.4 Lb, but currently havenāt lost weight yet
Does this increase the muscleās capacity to burn fat only during exercise or during the whole day ? Muscles burn fat at rest, thatās why one of the best ways to loose weight is to increase muscles mass, which will increase the calories you burn while doing nothing.
Is this a good field for weight loss ? Or is it more like fat to stem cell where you wonāt really notice any fat loss even though the existing fat is been used ?
Great question, and Iām keen for others ideas on this. My experience is so far yes, itās doing some resculpting. The best thing to do is keep being consistent and experimenting

From my experience, fat loss is starting to show. I had already written something in previous posts, but today I could see that in addition to the hips, the field is also working on the top of the belly, even if it is at the beginning, but I think it can increase even more thanks to listening to The Mana Circuits before of this. Iāve been listening to this audio for just over 3 weeks now and I definitely can feel and see more muscle. I have measured and weighed myself and have gained, however how long till any fat/weight loss? I donāt think I am seeing this side of the audio. P.S I am also working out in addition to the audio.
Muscle is more dense than fat tissue is. So, your common scale doesnāt accurately reflect the change thatās going on in your body. Itās possible (and quite common) to gain muscle whilst losing fat and still gain weight.
Since youāre feeling and seeing more muscle, that implies your muscles are growing. This field uses the fat surrounding your muscles to feed that muscle growth, meaning that, since your muscles are growing, thanks to this field, that growth is fed by the fat that was once there. You are seeing this side of the audio in the sense that youāre seeing (and feeling) more muscle which means that this audio has been reducing the fat that was once there to feed your new muscle. Your scale isnāt going to show you [ETA: that] information.
During pre-dinner training, I ran intermittently for 5 min versus the usual 2-3 min. What surprised me, however, was not the increased resistance in the heart / breathing, but because the legs moved by themselves, without uncertainty. Perhaps there has also been some improvement in the thighs (hamstring) as I have felt in recent days, the activation of the calves, but the total ease of this training made me go back 20 years, negentropically speaking. The right biceps is very activated, at rest you can already notice, while the forearms are activated on both sides.
As for abdominal fat, I have noticed other progress; the side inlets have become accentuated, while the circumference has been reduced and flattened a little.
