From my testing I feel it is great for steady paced cardio more than HIIT type.I do HIIT and i feel that basically the fat utilising part is not fast enough to replenish me with this type of workout.Altough it still boosts performance.
I have yet to see how it impacts strength training for me,but so far I am impressed with my performance considering how sedentary my lifestyle has been since New Year.
Goal is to get rly fit by 12th july for university trip.

Does anyone know if this audio can replace Upper Body Workout?

@El_Capitan_Nemo Does this audio contain Rev-ErbA? What is the science behind how the gains works in this audio? I’m asking this because i am wondering the upper body effects from this audio compare to your automated upper body workout.

No, this really isn’t a workout field. The main intention of this field is to feed your muscles, which you’ve been working out otherwise, with the fat surrounding your muscles so that they have the energy for your workouts and for the growth stimulated by your workouts.

Yes, there’s an add-on on comment at the end of the description about mild mechanical stress, but you can see that even the description describes it as a “minor workout.” IOW, that’s an add-on secondary benefit. In my book, a “minor workout” does not replace a full-on, targeted, automated workout.
