So today I’ve been feeling really frustrated with some coworkers with how disharmonious their actions are becoming so when I took lunch, I played this field once. I tuned in to it and mentally put out my frustrated thoughts and emotions and then just sat there observing. All the sudden I felt this loving energy swoosh around my body, shoulders, back and chest. In that instant I felt like it uplifted the heavy emotions and thoughts I was feeling making me feel lighter.
It’s absolutely wonderful, I can go back to work in a much more positive state
I have just bought this field tonight.
And wow ,I felt immediate relief . I am not one to speak my feelings or speak to anyone in general about them.
Listening to this , and just speaking outloud or mentally, felt like I finally had someone that understood me, and I was not looked wierd at.
Im autistic , and emotions and feelings are especially hard for me.
This has helped me understand quicker in a short period of time then any therapist I have had . This is a lifesaver. I dont feel alone .
I didn’t read the entire thread, but was just thinking that a more complex version of this field would be amazing, like if it were combined with some kind of healing field(s) that physically help whatever complaints you are having. MKT comes to mind. Like you speak out your issues, and it help physically correct them.
I use it after Blueprint of Life, it’s good, to feel clean
Mentally how will this field works? Will it help autism or adhd person to heal them? Or assist them in some ways?
Does it help you learn things faster? Or easier to stay focused? Or help with communication? If you don’t mind sharing. My family member has autism and adhd, just want to check if it helps. Thanks!
