so the other day i was wondering whether they also talk to our subconscious, it felt a bit like it

and i started noticing also that whatever massage it had for me, i more easily remembered to use irl.

It does talk to your subconsciousness or rather connect with it to find out what is really the deeper question and the best response for it.
