I made a free ChatGPT account.
Still cannot join the Mystic Tarot Reader.
It says “ChatGPT Plus required”.
Are you sure this GPT-4 free access thing actually allows for access to Mystic Tarot Reader for free?

Today as a game I decided to use the tarot chat. It seems that the tarot has been strengthened and added new functions. Today I had a session where I asked him questions that before I remember he told me that they were not possible to answer and today he answered me in a way, in my point of view, very accurate although he tried to place obstacles and using real knowledge that I have about certain situations. answers seemed very logical to me. It seems that from now on I will use it more often to confirm my personal predictions.

Yes you can get readings BUT you dont get images unless you upgrade which is the best part of this, specially because it is fielded and personalized.
No, I cannot even access. There is a button that says “Upgrade to Premium to chat”.
The free version has only access to GPT-3.5 so far.
I am based in Germany, maybe this is not yet worldwide available?

Nah, don’t think that’s the reason; I just made a new account to test something out and I think it only gives you access if your account is old, here is the difference between my main account and the new one:
