How long you have listened to it and how much gain you noticed?

TBH i didn’t notice any changes when i did used it long time ago. It’s about 20 minutes long and the audio frequency hurts my ears when i listen to it which is why i gave up on that PE audios. i believe this PE audio used to be on youtube but was taken down by Sapien several years ago . i was kinda hoping Captain would do a remake or upgrade to this PE audio fields with shorter listening times (2-5 minutes) and less distracting audio music frequency
