Naturopath thinks it’s a congested spot in my intestines? Could use healing, please

I’ve experienced a ball of discomfort on the right side of my groin that feels like it becomes inflamed closer to my cycle, after detoxing from a mold exposure.

Naturopath thinks it’s a congested spot in the intestines. My ovaries are also affected as I take progesterone now for a complete period without severe symptoms.

Would be grateful for healing on this spot to resolve it and heal it simply :pray:t4::sparkles:

Appendicitis maybe?

It does sound like it, doesn’t it! Wow after your comment I played Appendix and it settled the feeling for some time. Thanks for giving direction to this! Will keep addressing it along those lines…

I waited a little longer to update…

Shortly after posting this healing request, the sensation in my “appendix…” (now I know!) dissipated completely. So— thank you for healing! I was wary of posting it was gone, and it coming back so I decided to wait so I wouldn’t “jinx” it… would like to eliminate “jinx” from my experience and vocabulary…

I noticed my mind kept going to the spot and almost inducing the sensation again, expecting it to be there, so I did work on my expectation and subconscious in releasing the need for it to be there and more…

The sensation did come back, and it’s present today too. I notice it more when my legs are in certain positions and my muscle is against that spot.

I tried the “appendix pain” test where you press lightly and release… eh it gave me nauseating expanding “pain” or sensation.

The appendix audio does help.

I am booking an appt with the naturopath now that I have a better ID on what it is. Thank you!

Also during this time my intestines worked better than they have in like several years  so thank you. At least I know they work :joy:

OH. Also this was the first time in close to two years that I didn’t have to take my progesterone to start and maintain my cycle! I had a feeling I wouldn’t need it. I tried it once, then decided to trust the feeling. My cycle lasted 4 days without any progesterone WITHOUT symptoms! The day I took the prog I was a little grumpy for a few hrs then it went away…gives me hope it’ll come back full and healthy without need for prog.

This isn’t pretty to talk about but something that makes appendix problems worse is using the restroom seated. Apparently we should use it squatting.

Just leaving it there.

Totally forgot about the appendix audio! It was the reason I subscribed to patreon years ago and then got distracted with all the wonderful fields. Just this morning I thought about it and then read this thread right after hah!
