Neck Hump, Reversal and Reduction

The neck hump, often caused by bad posture and habits can often be corrected by a few changes and exercises, here the energetic information is designed to automate a large number of processes to help reduce and reverse these neck humps (Dowager’s hump/Buffalo hump ) (*note. not the humps and lumps referenced by the black eyed peas.)

Here the aim to to provide muscle stimulation to elicit the effect of a few exercises such as the YWTL Exercise and various arm and head/neck pulls and tilts. Induced also is the effects of Rev-Erbβ of the muscles used in those exercises, to also promote muscle strengthening.

Really… I was in a fairly crowded public place last evening and what caught my attention was that almost every single person in the early 20’s had this “phone posture” :grimacing:

In my family it’s genetic, my mom has been to a therapist (for her and her sister and my grandma there it’s visible but not too bad), she was told if she has a daughter tell her to start exercising too :grimacing:
I don’t think it’s visible for me though and I’m sure if I use this it I will not get it :smirk:

Same for me
My wife, who is a therapist, jokes a little with this detail of mine, claiming that I inherited it from my mother, but now thanks to Sapien I have the possibility to improve this aspect as well.

That was so curious to read Luna’s comment in the Major Blueprint Testimonial this morning about this one, along with the Spinal Tapper.

I have been guided to use those two for the last few days and been noticing that most of the depressed people have that bad posture, or always walk while looking at the floor, never at the horizon.

Likewise when you observe Masters meditating vs regular Joes, how the verticality is close to perfection and the posture super duper grounded.

I am blown in two/three days of the slight adjustment it has had on my posture already. But mostly at the subtle change it has on my mindset.
