I created the following stack to cultivate energy and transmutating it.
2x Ojas Refined and Defined
2x The Flow of Jing
2x The Chi Elixir
2x Shen Yang
3x Transmutation and MicroCosmic
Does it matter in which order I play the audios?
And do you guys think im missing some crucial audio on this stack or does it look good?
Im open for suggestions. Thanks!
My order is:
Chi
Jing
Shen
Transmutation & Micro cosmic orbit
Ojas
I might be wrong but wouldn’t you want to do jing then chi then shen? I deleted the other comment because for some reason it didn’t reply to you just made a regular reply lol
@oddlypsychedelic I would recommend also throwing in brahmacarya God field by maitreya fields with five elements balanced from sapien along with it and throw in energy blockage removal first in my opinion. Oh and possibly unstoppable willpower. I don’t know why it replied to the other person when I hit to reply to you but I dont want to delete another one lol

It’s perfect, I would add sacral chakra and grounding at the end.
If I’m not mistaken, Dream must have an audio for self-discipline, it would be useful.
As for the order, I’m not sure why it changes depending on the objective, but the common thing is this:
(1) Qi
(2) jing
(3) shen
then I would put leaves, and microcosmic (although I am not informed of the function of this last field)
@Leo that the order it’s supposed to be done in? I’ve been doing jing then chi then shen. I do it in this order as jing is considered the root and would help you remain more grounded to prepare to bring out that life force energy (chi) while shen is for the spirit so that should always be last? Am I thinking about this wrong?
No, you are correct. Qi comes from jing, this being the root of energy, and the order is jing - Qi - shen.
But you can cultivate Qi first, then replenish jing (which will eventually become Qi without using a field), and then go for shen, it depends on how you want it.
This is in TCM and Taoism theory, Jing precedes Qi due to its fundamental importance in sustaining life and health. So the idea would be not to run out of jing (or not with a low level)
I also would add Five Elements Balanced at the start.
It probably doesn’t matter much whether you listen to Jing, Chi or Shen first. There’s a default order in the album, being Chi → Jing → Shen, but you could listen to Jing → Shen → Chi or mix and match as you feel it’s best. It depends on what you are doing and, in this context, the important thing to consider is:
I would also use Chakra Stimulation Card from Instagram → The Internal Alchemical Crucible → Automated Micro Cosmic Orbit instead of Transmutation and Microcosmic and finish it with Ojas Refined and Defined.
I put chi first for personal preference but you’re correct by doing jing > chi > shen

I have added Five Elemente to my stack (at the start), switched to Automated Micro Cosmic Corbit instead of Transmutation and MicroCosmic and put Ojas at the bottom.

Where would you put the “Internal Alchemical Crucible”? More towards the start or the end?

You might fall back into PMO if you didn’t work on the problem that causing it.

defenitley soul core restoration, ive been looping it over night for the past 12 or so eays and ive had 0 urges, still early days tho but other ppl have had success

Maybe try transmution and microcosmic orbut? its in energrtic alchemy
