Nah. I do it all the time, if you have iPhone there’s an app called tao mix 2 wherein you can add your sub & lower its sound & add your music on top of it

If it gets still worse, I see two possible explanations for that:

It only looks as if it gets worse but it is just your system removing the effects (You should not underestimate that, that happens all the time, it happens to me as well) In that case you have to continue, it will get better eventually

The subliminals that you used work in a way in which they get stronger when someone tries to flush them and you believe that.
Whatever the reason is, please please please keep this in mind: No audio could be invented that could possibly be more powerful than you. I mean this seriously. Read this sentence again and again until it sinks in. Your problem is that you gave your power away to these audios and now you fear what might happen to you. I fully understand this, I have been there too. But the subliminal needs you and your belief in order to work. It couldn’t work if you didn’t believe in it. Try what I suggested and spend some time rebuilding your self-confidence and faith in yourself. You can make anything happen just by declaring it is so.

This has to come to pass if you really believe

Also, remember it is not YOU who does the manifesting. That’s God’s job. All you do is declare and then relax in the knowing that the same God who created and sustain the universe is fulfilling your desire in real time

I had stated my problem in a post , some people dm me , but actually they havent faced such issues so they font have a good solution unfortunately
I fully understand your pain and it is actually painful to have to deal with these issues, but again, it is YOUR mind making this possible in the first place. YOUR mind soaked up the contents of that subliminal and turned them into a reality, therefore it is YOUR mind who can undo all of that as well.
I encourage you to try my flush subliminal and I encourage you to practice some emotional distancing from this problem. Right now you are in great pain, both physically and emotionally, but you have to realize that it is your emotional attachment that recreates this problem over and over again.
Whether you use an audio or not, try the revision technique. Imagine the moment she gave you the subliminal and you were just about to use it but then decided not to, for example. Repeat that scene over and over and feel what it would feel like if it were true. And most importantly, be persistent. You can do this, but you have to be persistent. Let me tell you, I have/had a problem where I was suffering from things that happened 1 year to 1,5 years ago and I have been persistent these past 5 months every single day to get rid of it. I am almost finished now so I know what you are going through.
Through pain and fear you gave your power away to an audio file. Now take it back.
