Hey guys, I’m trying to gain lots of muscle while simultaneously shred loads of fat at the moment. I have a skinny fat build ( very unfortunate lol )
Anyways I made myself a stack, and I’m planning to listen to it on my phone daily on speakers on probably a low volume just in the background while I multitask throughout the day.
I also would say I’ve never really seen results from energy fields and even subliminals, so do you think the booster I’ve included is sufficient?
And also, would I still get the same amount of results if I was to play this stack at a low volume WHILE SLEEPING?
