Yes got further X-rays 3 month after and no issues anymore. Vitamin K is super important for the bones so definitely get it. For males, Sapien’s testosterone field also helps bones out a lot.

I’ve got osteopenia, I take vitamin D but the GP said I can get enough vitamin K from one banana a day. Thought I’d share as you were saying the supplement is expensive.
It might be safer to take d3 with k2 added anyway. But you must also take Magnesium. Boron too. Also taking collagen peptide supplement. And lastly Creatine helps with bone mass density. It’s not just for workouts. It’s actually good to take, read about it, could be worth a go.
