Need to heal osteoporosis

Hi everyone I’m Dave. Long story short at 35 yrs old I got diagnosed with Osteoporosis in the spine and hips and who knows where else.(I am 40 now) Ever since my diagnosis, I have been walking on eggshells worried that I don’t break anything. Pretty much stopped the activities I loved to do because of this. I’ve also had chronic back pain for about 13 years now and it has robbed me of enjoying physical activities. I feel depressed basically every day. The only thing that keeps me going is my family. I really want to heal this. I don’t want to take the dangerous bone drugs the so-called docs prescribe. I refuse to put those chemicals in my body. I’m wondering if there’s hope for me in this matrix reality whatever the hell it is. I just want a better quality of life for the sake for my loved ones and me. I want to be happy. Anyway, if anyone can help me in anyway I’ll appreciate it. Thank You.

Right, so dietary is a lead cause to many inflammatory diseases in modern day. Still though, you might not like this. You’re gonna wanna swap to eating majorly only meat, no junk food. It’ll cut out all the glyphosate contaminants, flouride, soy, etc. problems that might come with your food. You’ll swap to a diet more intended and “perfected” for the human genome, that being predominantly carnivorous. And you’ll be happier. If you want evidence for these things I can always share. Grain is the major one you want to remove from the diet, it will cut out contaminants from the soil; heavy metals, lead, pesticides, herbicides, and well generally those alone will free you from some major problems overtime. A lot of inflammation will reside, but no junk food remember that!

Diet is more important! Its what your body is built on, remember that, that and the pressure of the world :). You are the makeup of the food you’ve eaten overtime, especially in the past year. Also with the medication, if its something that boosts hormones without damaging you, take them, but otherwise try to be cautious with them. They are often not so good for the soul or self overtime, usually… They don’t test these things like crazy.

Celtic salt (or himalayan salt) taking a pinch with every few sips of water throughout the day. Also add to your food. It’s good salt, don’t use table salt, even standard sea salt hardly has anything beneficial left.
Vitamin d3: take as much as… At least 10,000 iu a day, maybe get injection if you can get it but then keep taking it as well. However k2 must be taken as well plus magnesium.
Also collagen peptides can be good as well.
Sapien medicine fields to help would be The Bone Strengthener (more recent) or the osteoporosis one. If you listen to them, nutrients still must be taken.
There’s also a vitamin d field.
Sun exposure if you live in a good climate would be a nice high dose of vitamin d.

Try the bone strengthener field, as suggested above. Also the three treasures (Jing, chi and shen)

Welcome to the forum!

Thinking as well, gently, resistance exercises, they strengthen bones.
Research it and be careful, take it slow.

In fact, a friend was given vitamin d by the doctor but of course he didn’t know about k2 and magnesium needing to taken as well and doctors don’t care to tell you, he fell off his bike and broke several bones all over his body.
He’s also an avid milk drinker on top of that. So Ended up with high blood calcium levels.

Thanks for your input. I was looking into the carnivore diet but seems kind of expensive for a poor like me. I’ll try it out though since I heard good things about it.

I have been taking vitamin d3. I was taking vitamin k2 in the form of mk-4 last year but it’s a pretty expensive supplement especially in the higher mgs. I’ll definitely check out Bone Strengther out. How many times am I supposed to listen to it and for how long?

Jeeshh I hope he’s okay now. Did he recover?

Hi, yes, mostly, but he’s full of pains all over now : / they had to put pins and metal plates in.

Damn sorry to hear that. I hope his quality of life improves.

You can get d3 that has k2 with it.
Magnesium glycinate would also be a good magnesium to use.

If you look up Dr berg on YouTube, he’s good at explaining. Look up his vitamin d ones but also he has a few on osteoporosis.
I hope things start improving for you.

It’s the Ancient arts album. That album contains the 3 separate fields

The chi elixir
Flow of Jing
Shen yang

Two fields, The Bone Strengthener and The Bone Shaker both helped me with my issues (it wasn’t osteoporosis but the bones were weakening and an x-ray showed that it could become much worse). I also took high dose Vitamin D daily and Vitamin K2 and drank a lot of milk as well as eating lots of eggs.

I see. I will take check 2 tracks out thanks. How are you doing now and have you had any new x rays showing improvement? I’m also taking vitamin d3. I need to get more vitamin k as well.
