What the programming in this does it change the frequency of the detrimental EMF we are bombarded with day to day, it will change it to The earth based EMF is called the Schumann resonance (7.83 Hz) which is shown to be very beneficial to the human body. The effect from this should last for a couple of hours when you play it.

It came from one of my emails from https://wedeservehealth.com just so you know.
This afternoon, I had a vague feeling of whole-body inflammation after driving around the city for a while.
After playing it once, the inflammatory symptoms disappeared.
This field and similar fields are more important than ever today…
With all the advancing technology, radiation, etc., I just want to remind people of this field.

This is an amazing concept . I just wished it was updated to be for a longer time. At least enough time to cover sleep. I use emf shielding from time to time does anyone else know any alternatives?
