Nervous System & PTSD

Hey everyone. I’ve been experimenting with a few Fields the last couple of days. My body is stuck in constant fight or flight mode for almost 15 years along with a million other things but I feel like I need to focus on this for now. I’ve been doing a bit of research on Fields which would benefit the nervous system and 3 have stood out to me due to the sensations I have been having in my head while listening to them.

I have tried a few more but those 3 have stuck out because from the second they start playing I get a very severe pressure/Pain and strangeness in my head. Has anyone else had these type of symptoms while listening to them?
I tend to think it is a good thing instead of a bad thing, hopefully it is a sign of damage being healed maybe?

If anyone has any experience with any of these Fields I would love to hear how they may have helped you or if anyone would have any recommendations about different fields which may help with stuck fight or flight mode/Stress/PTSD.
I’m hope to get this under control and then tackle my other ailments.

Oh I’ve listened to the PTSD field a good few times also but no feeling of the strange pressure in my head from it.

I really admire your fields of choice, these are all really specific fields that might not be getting their best attention at the moment but they are truly valuable to anyone who has been consistently using them. I have transneuronal delivery in my one and only stack i actually stuck with for 4-6 months now, and whenever i drop this field for a few days something is really different… as most of us here I listen to so many fields so it’s hard to pinpoint a lot of stuff but I know this field has helped me with things whether on the direct physical aspect of it or the consequential effects of them.

My advice to you is to add some adrenal healing because I personally perceive it as the second yet main home to all fight or flight responses, or any of its other derivatives. Adrenal Healing Sound Detoxification + Kidney and Adrenal healing are the fields you want for that.

Nervous system healing and regulation along with a bit transmutation in the form of good hormones induction, so Nerve Damage Healing, BNDF, Nerve Growth Factor, Body Healing if you can, Brain Growth, Gaba and the new Gabapentin on Patreon, and Plasma brain of Youth should help with that. If that’s too long I would focus on the first three + brain hemispheres with attention and focus and perhaps supplement with Gaba or Gabapentin and Brain Antioxidants (in case you don’t have plasma brain of youth a boost of brain regeneration will also help but i feel it’s kinda more interchangeable)

Energy blockage removal with Torsion helps a bunch with that. Removes Energetic stressors from your body while strengthening your core being; helping alleviate the stress, build more tolerance, then changing perspectives on what the body begins to perceive as stress :slightly_smiling_face:

More flow = less stress = less fight/flight reactions

Keep up with PTSD and consider New Persectives as @Wrablon mentioned above.

And personally, my all time personal favorite field Spiritual Growth helps me to be constantly moving… a state of malleability and response is always a productive thing.
doesn’t keep you where you are= less fight/flight/freeze/fawn

And of course honorable mentions for essence of faith, ojas, depths of your soul and essence of mantras to keep your soul always recharging… always high charged :)

Hey. I have used it a good few times and I also looped it while sleeping for a while. I think looping Fields at night is still a bit too much for me at the moment though. I wake in the middle of the night very jittery and a bit more of the inner vibrations I feel constantly seem to get amplified also.
Do you think it would be worth putting in to my usual stack?

@Wrablon Thank you for this one. It seems like one I should definitely add in. I have downloaded all of the fields and whenever I get a bit of time to myself, I look up all the descriptions and change the names of the fields to the way they should be and what they are used for so thank you for helping me find this field sooner than I would have :pray:t3:

@Desiree Thank you for your detailed reply. I’m more impressed that you only have 1 stack though :joy: I have about 15 different ones made up and I’m still only about half way through researching about all the fields :joy:

I find it so hard to stick to just a few because I have so many different things wrong with me. I keep switching and changing and it’s doing me no good in the long run. I need a field to help me from overthinking everything so I can just narrow it down to one stack for now and just stick with that one. Its very hard though.

Another part of my issues is that I am still very sensitive to the fields so I can’t do a big stack, I tend to limit them to 4 or 5 and try and leave it at that (even though that still seems like it’s too much for me)

I was talking to @Nice2knowU about Plasma Brain Of Youth a few weeks back and I think that will definitely be my next purchase. It keeps sticking out in my mind for some reason so I am going to take this as a sign. We also talked about Plasma Protocol I think it was called, because I have so much healing which needs to be done but that will have to wait for a bit later down the line when I can afford it. Reading about it, it seems to be The Holy Grail of fields so that will be at top of my list in the future.
The Gabapentin field was also one I’ve been meaning to try over the last week but like everything else I keep finding something new and use that instead. I’ll make a note to try the Gabapentin field in the morning and see how I react to it. I am severely sensitive to all types of medication so I presume somewhere in the back of my mind I have been almost afraid to try it and that’s why I have stayed away from it so far but I’ll definitely make a note to try it tomorrow.

It’s so hard needing so many different fields but my body won’t let me listen to too many yet, I get a severe energy overload and it ruins me for about a week. After PTSD or Ganglion play the Outlook Retrainer as per Dreamweaver (Sapien Medicine). And follow the direction for listening to them.

I was using PTSD followed my Outlook Retrainer every other day X1 each but after about 1 1/2 weeks had to change to Ganglion plus Outlook Retrainer. It was gentler. Now I play the duo about twice a week, but listen to the Outlook Retrainer X1 every day.

It’s interesting that you didnt get that feeling with the PTSD audio ,since the PTSD and stellate ganglion blockade are almost the same audio.
In my opinion that’s the most important audio for you, since it has been shown to normalize all stress hormones. Listen to it after a meal to avoid further stress hormones increase through hypoglycemia.

I second focus on the adrenals . What you need is lots of minerals especially magnesium, potassium and salt .
The adrenal cocktail is an easy way to he get them , just google it.

I think grounding would be good for you too.

On the SGB audio : I listened to it today and I feel quite content and happy.

Thank you I will check it out now. Would you play The Outlook Retrainer before or after The Internal Alchemical Crucible or would it matter?

Thats what I have been finding strange as well with not feeling it for the PTSD field but the only thing I could come up with was that the Amygdala Healing might have some part to play in it. I’m only guessing though.
It’s a good idea to listen to it after eating because I have an intolerance/sensitivity to all foods/drinks/medication, nothing whatsoever agrees with me so I only eat really small bits of things at a time but I still feel terribly sick after everything. Hopefully it might help with trying it after eating.
The Grounding field is also one I use everyday because of how sensitive I am to the fields, it helps when my energy body gets overwhelmed. I’ll look up about the Adrenal Cocktail now also. Thank you for the advice :pray:t3:

Hey @Shivy-SzN @anon85988958 stack looks really good and they are great suggestions.

What I have used to reduce stress is the PTSD field. Its really good, really really good to be honest. it has SGB and Amygdala Healing along with antioxidants to reduce inflammation to make things even better.
When your system is over stressed it releases Norepinephrine, which will over stimulate your Amygdala to cause more stress so I feel SGB and Amygdala Healing work very well together to relax that down but I know some people can feel a bit overwhelmed by both together with a lot of emotions popping up.

Now the catch with Norepinephrine which can be a bit tricky is, too much of it in your system can lead to anxiety, high blood pressure, migrains and a few more symptoms. Too little of it can lead to depression, lethargy and brain fog and a few more symptoms. The trick is to find a happy medium with it. From my own experience which has helped me to keep stress at bay is using both PTSD & Depression/Stress/Anxiety Relief.

Ptsd field will help reduce Norepinephrine, Depression/Stress & Anxiety Relief will help raise Norepinephrine. I believe that using both fields together will give you that happy medium and keep stress Hormones at bay whilst also tackling a number of issues. I usually add in Serotonin also just for good measure to give that “feel good” type vibe.

For myself I like both of these fields together, I feel they work hand in hand but again this is only my own opinion. I’m sure there are far more educated people on this matter which may have some good ideas to help you with your query but both of those fields have helped me a lot to reduce my stress levels which are stuck in my body. Also just as a side field which I feel is great to use is Memories Of Joy, sit with it after using those fields and it’s like an eraser just helping to remove all of the stuck stress and bringing happiness back in to your body. The Stress release field also is a Cortisol remover but I haven’t had to use that in a while. I stick with those 2/3 fields and get great relief. I hope this may help you in some way. Hey. Ya I was doing great but covid really messed up my nervous system again so back to doing some more repairs.

The PTSD field is amazing though, it is one of the most helpful fields I have used to date by Dream.

If you have the old Plasma Protocol, you could use PP1, it focuses on the nervous system and is really great.
If not there are the Nerve Inflammation Help, Nerve Damage Help and the Body Nerve Healing fields for the Nervous System. Vagus Nerve Stimulation may be helpful also.
Use Aura Clearing and Cleansing field every morning and finish up your stack with Grounding afterwards.

There are loads more new fields that have been released since this post. If you want to shoot me a DM with what your feeling or going through I’ll try and help make out a stack for you that would be more beneficial for how you are feeling.

Was the damage or problems mostly in the autonomic nervous system?
Research has shown that the autonomic nervous system is most affected by the direct effect of the virus on the nervous system or by the immune system’s overreaction to the virus.

It also disrupts the sympathetic-parasympathetic balance and keeps the body stuck in a state where the sympathetic nervous system is constantly active, constantly releasing adrenaline, so body cannot enter a healing/relaxing mode.

I personally have been dealing with this for 4 years.

I wish you and myself and others in this situation a fast recovery.
