so after many recommendation from different people. ( thanks to those)
Have made playlists and here it is:
FIRST ONE : this i listen in the morning ( atm late waking up so not so early , but plan is to listen from 7 am). I listen to all the topics back to back and the songs for acting as breaks.( are breaks necessary and if so is it long enough?)
SECOND: this I listen after lunch
LAST ONE : these I listen evening/night. All these are physical . I dont listen to these back to back, only listening order …
So, are these okay, there s alot but only 4 are physical upto my knowledge. feedback plss.
PS: and im also thinking of adding the " get rid of addiction " one.

ah I see okay oaky, how many do you personally listen to, and do you multi task, i try to kinda be in a meditative state but its almost 4hours plus…

I listen to many, I would have to sit down and think about all of them as I usually play it by ear. I would recommend that you meditate to it since you are barely starting out, but I multi-task. The only time I meditate to an audio, is during my 30-60 daily meditation session.(I’ve been alternating between the durations of those…)

hmmm, maybe meditate with the energetic ones which helps improve brain and more results. or perhaps meditate each topics 1st listen ?

Hmmmm, that is really up to you, but if you’ve got the time, I would suggest to meditate each one off the first listen…but that’s entirely up to you…I know it can be time consuming…
