You can use iTunes even if your phone is not apple.
Have you tried Spotify? Usually, Spotify and iTunes are the outlets for Energetic Alchemy.

But i just want to buy the album and downloaded so i can have it in my phone ,and amazon dlnt work for me
Amazon and iTunes are only buying options.
Rest are streaming services.

I understand. As I said, you can buy music off of iTunes even if your phone is not apple.
There could be a number of reasons why this might be. Some forum friends have gotten around their version of this issue by using a VPN. If you’d like, you might want to try that.
